Preorder & Payment
Fold & Bake is a weekly preorder-based empanada business.
Orders open every Friday and close Monday at 9:00PM, or earlier if we reach our weekly batch limit.
All orders are made in small batches and must be paid in advance to reserve your spot. Orders are not confirmed until payment is received.
Pickup is every Friday in North Olmsted. Pickup details are sent after your order is confirmed. Local delivery is available for $5 on dozen+ orders within North Olmsted and nearby areas.

4-Pack Sampler - $21 · Perfect for first-time customers. A variety of our flavors, ready to bake fresh at home.
Half Dozen Box - $30 · A quick, fresh, easy option for breakfast, lunch, or dinner to share.
Full Dozen Box - $55 · Most popular. Great for family breakfasts, easy dinners, meal prep, or stocking the freezer for the week.
Two Dozen Box - $88 · Best value — just $3.67 each. Ideal for larger families, small gatherings, and events.

Beef (BF): Savory seasoned beef with tender potatoes, bell peppers, green olives, garlic, onions, warm spices, and a touch of lemon juice.
Chicken Pot Pie (CH): Tender shredded chicken with seasoned potatoes, peas, carrots, garlic, onions, comforting pot-pie seasoning, and a touch of lemon juice.
Ham & Cheese (HC): Diced ham folded with our own house-blend cheese and warm spices, melted right in.
Pepperoni Pizza (PP): Sliced pepperoni, our homemade pizza sauce, and our own house-blend cheese, seasoned pizza-style.
Cheese Pizza (CP): Our homemade pizza sauce folded into our own house-blend cheese, seasoned pizza-style. (Vegetarian)
Spinach & Cheese (SP): Sautéed spinach, garlic, onions, seasoned potatoes, our own house-blend cheese, and a touch of lemon juice. (Vegetarian)
Eggs & Bacon (EB): Fluffy scrambled eggs with crispy bacon, our seasoned herb potatoes, melted house-blend cheese, and savory breakfast spices.
Biscuits & Gravy (BG): Breakfast sausage with creamy country-style gravy, homestyle rosemary-thyme potatoes, with sweet and savory spices.
Sweet
Peach Cobbler (PC): Juicy peaches in a homemade spiced cobbler sauce, finished with a buttery graham cracker crumb. (Vegetarian)
Nutella & Banana (NB): Real Nutella swirled with quick-caramelized banana, brown sugar, and a hint of cinnamon. Sweet, gooey, and a kid favorite. (Vegetarian)
Our House-Made Sauces
Every empanada is even better with a dip. We make all three from scratch.
Blended Churri: our take on chimichurri: herby, garlicky, a little zip.
Cilantro Lime: bright, fresh, and creamy with a citrus kick.
Salsa Fresca: crisp, zesty, made with fresh herbs, tomatoes and onions

How Ordering Works
Our ordering window opens every Friday and remains open until Monday at 11:59 PM, or until we reach our weekly production limit, whichever comes first.
The order buttons below will only be active during the ordering window, Friday to Monday
They will not be active, Tuesday to Thursday
Pickup is every Friday in North Olmsted. Once your order is confirmed, we'll send you the pickup location and instructions.
We also offer local delivery for $5 on orders of one dozen or more within North Olmsted and select nearby areas.
